Interactive 3D Modelling

Our drone-generated 3D models allow you to explore a property, building or wider site from almost any external angle. The model can be rotated, zoomed and viewed remotely, helping you understand roof construction, boundaries, fences, gardens, outbuildings, access routes and surrounding features that may be difficult to appreciate from ground level.

This technology is ideal for buyers who want to revisit a property, sellers and estate agents looking for a more engaging marketing tool, and professionals needing a clear visual record of a site.

It is not limited to houses. We can also model estates, commercial premises, workplaces, development sites, car collections, gardens and other important locations.

A 3D model can even become a lasting digital souvenir of a family home, business or special place.

How the Technology Works

Using a carefully planned drone flight, hundreds of high-resolution photographs are captured from multiple angles around the property or site. The images are analysed, identifying common reference points and reconstructing them into a highly detailed, interactive 3D digital model using latest the 3D software technology.

The finished model can be rotated, zoomed and explored from virtually any angle, allowing users to appreciate the property's layout, roof construction, boundaries and surrounding environment in a way that traditional photographs simply cannot achieve. The result is an immersive digital experience that provides a realistic and engaging view of the property from anywhere in the world

This advanced technology allows us to identify moisture issues that are not visible to the naked eye, ensuring a thorough and accurate assessment of your property's condition.

Drone UAV for comprehensive aerial inspections

Utilising state-of-the-art quadcopters Mavic 3 pro and Mavic 4 pro, our drones are capable of operating in challenging conditions, including 50mph winds and driving rain. This allows us to inspect roofs and boundaries not visible from ground level and in arduous conditions. We also capture panoramic 360-degree photos above the property, providing you with a visual record of surrounding infrastructure, such as train lines, lorry parks, hidden dumps, and neighbouring properties. The images are generally 15-20MP and are kept online for you to download. all of our surveyors are fully qualified and hold current civil aviation authority licences to fly drones up to 20kg

Thermal imaging and other essential tools

Our comprehensive toolkit includes voltage detectors and socket testers for electrical installations, lasers and levels for checking the straightness of walls, door frames, and floors, and metal detectors for hidden structural elements like RSJs and gallows brackets. We also use temperature and humidity recording equipment. Thermal imaging cameras are available upon request to inspect thermal efficiency, pipe runs, electrical hotspots, cold bridging, cavity issues, and to identify leaks and damp.

Lasers

We use lasers in and around property's to inspect if walls and floors are level, it so common to see movement in a property but without the use of lasers it can go unnoticed.
